CAD / DISPATCH
Your dispatcher types the address, the unit, the times and the complaint. Then the crew types the same address, the same times and the same complaint again into a different system. The second copy is where the disagreements start.
THE JOB THIS FINISHES
Take the call, pick the unit that can actually go, track the incident to close, and hand the crew a chart that already knows where they were sent and when.
WHO IS ACTUALLY IN HERE
One caller on the line, two units available, a third due back, and a supervisor asking which crew is closest. The answer has to be on one screen.
ROLES THAT WORK HERE
Permissions change which queues, records and actions a person can reach. They never create a second competing version of CAD / Dispatch.
THE WORKFLOW
Each step is one state of the same record. Select a step to read it, or let it walk itself.
THE CALL ARRIVES
Location, complaint, caller detail and priority are entered in the dispatch workspace. This is the first and only time anyone types them.
The short version
One recordIN, WORK, OUT
An application is honest about its boundaries. These are the ones CAD / Dispatch keeps.

WHAT LEAVES
CONNECTED WITHOUT DUPLICATION
CAD / Dispatch owns its job. These applications receive what they need instead of rebuilding this one inside themselves.
CORTEX IN CAD / DISPATCH
Cortex assists the dispatcher inside CAD — screening guidance and an intake summary drawn from the call already in front of them.
THE BOUNDARY
Cortex output in CAD is advisory. The dispatcher assigns the unit, and the incident record is what the platform treats as true. If Cortex is unavailable, the dispatch workspace says so and keeps working.

LIVE DEMO
The demo runs the real CAD / Dispatch workspace. It is the application, not a slideshow of it.
PRICING
Dispatch is part of the AdaptixCore subscription. See what a plan includes before you talk to anyone.
MIGRATION
Agencies usually arrive with an existing CAD or an external CAD feed. The switch plan covers running the current system while dispatch moves.
WHAT WE CAN ACTUALLY SHOW
HIPAA
Aligned
Operating posture only. HIPAA has no federal certification program, so "HIPAA-aligned" (not "HIPAA certified" or "HIPAA compliant") is the accurate framing per the project's own public-copy rule.

SEE THE REAL WORKFLOW
The fastest way to judge dispatch software is to follow a single call through it and see what the crew inherits.
