DATA BOUNDARY
Staging comes before production.
Legacy data is separated from live agency data while mapping, reconciliation, and validation are still being reviewed.
SWITCH WITHOUT BETTING THE OPERATION
Changing systems is the part of this decision that keeps a chief awake, and rightly so — you are asking a crew to keep running calls while the records underneath them change hands. So the data moves first, into a place it cannot touch anything live, and your own people say yes before any of it becomes real.
THE DECISION PATH
Production is the final checkpoint, not the place where mapping problems are supposed to be discovered.
A CONTROLLED RUNWAY
Each stage has a different job. Keeping those jobs separate is what makes the transition reviewable and recoverable instead of a black box you find out about afterwards. Two of the seven are gates a person has to walk through, not checks a machine performs.
We agree exactly which systems, records, attachments and history are in scope — and which are deliberately not.
Your legacy data lands in an isolated boundary. It is not production data and cannot affect a live workflow.
Source fields are mapped into the AdaptixCore model with the provenance visible, so you can see which decisions were certain and which need a human.
Staged records are checked against the rules they will have to satisfy in production, and the failures are listed rather than absorbed.
Your people read the source record and the staged record next to each other. This is where a migration is actually accepted or rejected.
Nothing becomes production data without an explicit human approval. The migration does not approve itself.
The approved records are live and the operation moves. The data moved first; the operation moved second.
WHAT CHANGES THE RISK
DATA BOUNDARY
Legacy data is separated from live agency data while mapping, reconciliation, and validation are still being reviewed.
VISIBLE MAPPING
Mapping decisions carry confidence and provenance so an operator can see where review is required instead of trusting a silent conversion.
HUMAN APPROVAL
The transition keeps an explicit operator checkpoint before staged records are committed into production workflows.
START WHERE IT MATTERS
The categories below are the ones the migration pipeline actually carries. We do not publish a promise about how any particular vendor's export behaves, because a migration job records your outgoing vendor as a name and nothing more — the work is in your data, not in their logo.
WHAT ARE YOU SWITCHING FROM?
Pick the data, not the vendor. What determines how a move is scoped is which records have to survive it.Whichever you pick, it takes the same controlled route below: staging first, mapping you can see, reconciliation against the source, side-by-side review by your own people, and a production commit that only a human can give.
BRING THE SYSTEMS YOU USE TODAY
Start with your current stack and the records you cannot afford to lose. Then inspect the AdaptixCore path before a production decision is made.
