Is this per-user pricing?: No. AdaptixCore is priced per agency tenant, with module add-ons. Operator count is not a billing dimension.
What does Enterprise include?: Every module, dedicated SLA, white-glove migration from your current vendor, and Cortex unlimited at the agency level.
Do you charge per claim?: Billing module includes a clearinghouse pass-through (Office Ally fees). The platform itself is not metered per claim.
