How billing works
What you pay is set by your operation, not by your payers.
A percentage-of-collections vendor earns more when your payer mix improves and when your volume grows. We do not. Look up your own market's payer mix below, then decide which model you would rather be on.
What sets your price
The applications you chose, and the operational volume each one handles. Those are the only two inputs.
What is billed separately
Clearinghouse fees where they apply — those are pass-through costs from the clearinghouse, not a platform charge on your collections. Setting you up is scoped and quoted with you.
What never changes your bill
How much you collect, and how many people you put on the system. Neither is an input to what you pay us.

Common questions
Questions buyers ask us first
No. Nothing on this page charges for a person who logs in. Each application is priced by the operational volume it actually handles — incidents, vehicles, facilities, claims. Where an application is sized by how many people you employ, that sets which band your agency falls in; it is not a charge per login, and adding a user never changes your bill.
No. Every application above is sold on its own. Buy one. Buy four. Nothing is bundled with anything else, and choosing one application never switches on a charge for another.
Because we have not finished pricing them, and we would rather say that than show you a number we would have to change later. Those applications are real and you can have them — we price them with you until the published figure is set.
Billing is priced as a monthly base plus a charge per billable encounter, counted once when the clearinghouse first accepts a claim for that encounter. A corrected, resubmitted, secondary or appealed claim for the same encounter is not charged again. The Billing application includes a clearinghouse pass-through (Stedi fees), and we never take a share of what you collect.
Your price follows the band your volume sits in, and you can see exactly where those boundaries fall by changing the number in the configurator above. There is no surprise: the same engine that priced your quote prices your renewal.

Subscription, BAA, and onboarding agreements are signed with TrustSign — the AdaptixCore internal signature system. No external signature vendors are surfaced to operators.
It depends on your agency's size, the applications you turn on, any integrations, and how much data you're migrating from your current system. We'll give you a real timeline once we know your setup — not a generic number that doesn't apply to you.
