Yes. Starter and Professional are fully self-service: create your agency, sign your BAA and subscription agreement with TrustSign, pick your plan, and pay with Stripe — all in the signup flow. Your tenant activates automatically once payment clears. Enterprise (multi-agency tenancy) is the only quoted tier.
Is this per-user pricing?
No. AdaptixCore is priced per agency tenant, with module add-ons. Operator count is not a billing dimension.
What does Enterprise include?
Every module, dedicated SLA, white-glove migration from your current vendor, and Cortex unlimited at the agency level.
Do you charge per claim?
The Billing module includes a clearinghouse pass-through (Office Ally fees). The platform itself is not metered per claim.
What about contracts and signatures?
Subscription, BAA, and onboarding agreements are signed with TrustSign — the AdaptixCore internal signature system. No external signature vendors are surfaced to operators.
How long does onboarding take?
Most agencies are fully configured by Cortex AI in a single onboarding session. Enterprise migrations from legacy vendors are handled white-glove.
