Field crews juggle paper, a radio, a phone, and a handful of disconnected apps in a moving vehicle. Status updates lag because they ride the radio and wait for a dispatcher to key them in, so the board is always a few minutes behind reality. Pre-arrival patient information — the complaint, the history, the alerts dispatch already has — never makes it to the rig before the crew does. Documentation starts after the call is over, in the bay, when the detail that drives a clean claim has already faded. Every disconnect is a safety risk in a moving truck and a gap in the record.
