The AdaptixCore Master Services Agreement (MSA) is the commercial contract that governs the platform subscription, modules, professional services, support obligations, and mutual responsibilities between AdaptixCore and the customer agency.

The MSA covers the terms listed below.
How long the subscription runs, and how it renews.
How and when amounts due under the subscription are paid.
The service-level commitments AdaptixCore makes for the platform.
The confidentiality obligations both parties hold to for information exchanged under the agreement.
The limits on each party's liability under the agreement.
The indemnification obligations each party holds to the other.
Who owns the data created and stored on the platform.
The assistance AdaptixCore provides during an agency's transition off the platform.
What happens to an agency's data once the agreement terminates.
