The Master Services Agreement template is provided to authorized agency owners during onboarding. To request the current template or to begin MSA execution for an active agency, contact compliance@adaptixcore.com.
The MSA covers subscription term, payment terms, service-level commitments, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, data ownership, termination assistance, and the destination of customer data upon termination.
