AdaptixCore is a HIPAA business associate. We execute a written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer agency before any protected health information (PHI) is created, received, maintained, or transmitted through the platform.

How to obtain the current BAA template

The Business Associate Agreement template is provided to authorized agency administrators during onboarding. To request the current template, or to begin BAA execution for an active agency, contact compliance@adaptixcore.com.

The BAA covers permitted uses and disclosures, safeguards, sub-contractor obligations, breach notification, term and termination, and the destination of PHI upon termination. It conforms to 45 CFR § 164.504(e).
