STAGED BEFORE PRODUCTION

Cortex assists with field-by-field mapping, and the workflow validates on a staged copy before production cutover.
Document every entity in scope and the canonical export from the current platform.
The migration schema is used as a checklist and the scope is reviewed before data moves.
Map source entities into the AdaptixCore data model and flag differences for human review.
The mapping report remains reviewable. Ambiguous fields are resolved with the operating team rather than guessed.
Load historical data into an isolated staging tenant for spot checks and reconciliation.
Production does not become the validation environment. The staged copy is approved first.
Run the old and new workflows in parallel for the agreed verification window.
If a mismatch appears, the cutover can pause while the mapping or workflow is corrected.
Switch the system of record on the agreed date after staged and parallel validation are accepted.
The support lane remains available through the initial production period instead of disappearing at cutover.
