THE MECHANISM
What a pilot is, and what it has to prove.
A pilot exists so your agency can make a purchase decision on evidence from your own operation instead of on a sales narrative. These are its three fixed parts.WHAT A PILOT IS
Your operation, running on the real platform.
A pilot is a bounded evaluation in which your agency runs actual workflows — dispatch, documentation, billing, scheduling, or whichever slice you choose — on AdaptixCore, in your own isolated workspace, with your own users. It is the real product, not a sandbox built to look good.
WHAT GETS EVALUATED
The workflows that decide whether you buy.
Before anything starts, we agree on the specific workflows the pilot must prove: the call-to-chart chain, the chart-to-claim chain, crew scheduling, or a migration slice of your historical data. The evaluation is scoped to what would actually change your decision — not a feature tour.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
Agreed in writing before day one.
Each pilot starts by writing down, together, what success looks like for your agency: which workflows must complete end to end, who must be able to do their job in the product, and what evidence you need for your own leadership. If we cannot meet a criterion, you find out during the pilot — not after a contract.
THE TERMS, PLAINLY
What we need from you — and what we don't.
The asymmetry is deliberate: the platform carries the burden of proof. Your side of a pilot is participation, not commitment.WHAT ACCESS IS NEEDED
Your people and your workflows. That's the core of it.
A pilot needs the operational people who will actually use the product, agreement on which workflows are in scope, and — where a data slice is evaluated — an export from your current system. Your workspace is tenant-isolated from the start, and a Business Associate Agreement is in place before any protected health information is involved.
WHAT IS NOT REQUIRED
No rip-and-replace. No purchase commitment.
You do not shut off your current system, sign a purchase agreement, or commit to a migration to run a pilot. You do not need IT staff to host anything — AdaptixCore is delivered as a service. And you are not required to continue afterward: a pilot that proves the platform is not a fit for you is a pilot that did its job.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
A decision made on evidence, in either direction.
At the end of the agreed window, we review the success criteria together against what actually happened. If they were met and you want to proceed, the pilot workspace becomes the start of your onboarding — the configuration and users carry forward. If not, your data is returned and removed on request, and you owe nothing further.
