If you believe material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. A valid counter-notice must include the equivalent disclosures listed above, along with your consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
AdaptixCore may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages, attorneys' fees, and costs.
