COMPARE · WHAT EACH VENDOR PUBLISHES
This page states two things and nothing else: what ZOLL publishes about ZOLL, with the source printed beside every line, and what AdaptixCore does. It does not tell you what ZOLL cannot do, because we read their public pages — we did not audit their product.
HOW THIS PAGE IS WRITTEN
If that costs us the sale to a buyer who wanted a scorecard, we would rather lose it than be caught inventing one.

A FAIR READING OF THAT
ZOLL publishes named products per job and states that they integrate with each other. That is a product-suite model, and it is a legitimate one. The question it raises for a buyer is the difference between products that integrate and applications that share one record — because integration is a relationship that can be configured, versioned and broken.
OUR SIDE, ON THE RECORD
| Evaluation axis | What AdaptixCore does |
|---|---|
| Workflow | The unit of work is one operating record that moves from the call through the chart to the claim. Each stage reads the record rather than an export of it. |
| Application coverage | Dispatch, charting, billing, workforce, controlled substances, fire and air operations are applications inside one platform on one tenant foundation, not separately contracted products. |
| Handoffs | A handoff between two AdaptixCore applications is an internal platform transition. There is no integration between two companies for the agency to own when it stops working. |
| Re-entry | Data a crew has already entered is read forward by the next stage. The billing workflow starts from the finished chart rather than from a person retyping it. |
| How we charge | AdaptixCore is sold as a flat subscription rather than as a share of what you collect. The exact basis for that statement, and the date it was last confirmed, is published on the pricing page. |
| Switching | Legacy data lands in an isolated staging boundary first. Mapping, reconciliation and side-by-side validation all happen before anything becomes production data, and the commit is an explicit human approval. |
| How you evaluate it | An isolated demo agency runs the real applications with demonstration data, so you can drive the product yourself instead of watching a recorded tour of it. |
| Interoperability | The platform produces the national EMS data standard exchange files and connects to the outside systems an agency already depends on. Your state repository, your payers and your hospitals stay external systems of record. |
| AI in the workflow | Cortex works inside the same permissions and tenant boundary as the operator using it. It can explain and assist within a surface the operator is already authorised to reach; it never becomes the authority on a clinical, financial or compliance decision. |
| Implementation | The applications share one identity, permission and audit foundation, so turning on an additional application does not add another account lifecycle, another login or another administrator to train. |
| Support | A defect in a handoff between two AdaptixCore applications belongs to AdaptixCore. The agency is never asked to establish which of two vendors owns a broken boundary before either will begin work. |
