This page states two things and nothing else: what ImageTrend publishes about ImageTrend, with the source printed beside every line, and what AdaptixCore does. It does not tell you what ImageTrend cannot do, because we read their public pages — we did not audit their product.

HOW THIS PAGE IS WRITTEN
- Every statement about ImageTrend links to a page ImageTrend controls.
- No competitor price, contract term or implementation time appears, because none was publicly verifiable.
- No claim that ImageTrend lacks a capability. An absence from a web page is not an absence from a product.
- No tick-and-cross scorecard where one vendor happens to win every row.
If that costs us the sale to a buyer who wanted a scorecard, we would rather lose it than be caught inventing one.

A FAIR READING OF THAT
ImageTrend publishes the widest module list of the three vendors on these pages and describes itself in platform terms rather than as a bundle. Taking that at face value, the useful distinction is not module count. It is where the operating record lives between those modules, and whether the next stage reads it or receives a copy of it.

- 01What changes operationally?
- The crew documents once. Dispatch context, the chart, the review and the claim are stages of one operating record inside one tenant, so the next stage reads what the last one wrote rather than receiving a copy of it.
- 02What is consolidated?
- Identity, permissions, tenant scope and the audit trail are shared by every AdaptixCore application. Turning on another application does not add another login, another administrator or another activity log to reconcile.
- 03What stays separate?
- Your clearinghouse, your payers, your state repository, your medical direction, your radios and your receiving hospitals stay exactly where they are. AdaptixCore produces what they need and consumes what they send; it does not replace any of them.
- 04How does support work?
- A failure in a handoff between two AdaptixCore applications is ours. There is no boundary between two companies for your agency to arbitrate before anyone begins work.
- 05How does switching work?
- Legacy data is loaded into an isolated staging boundary, mapped with visible provenance, reconciled and validated side by side against the source, and only then committed by an explicit human approval. The switching page walks the whole sequence.
- 06How do you verify this yourself?
- Do not take this page's word for any of it — including what it says about ImageTrend. Open the sources printed in the table above and read the vendor's own pages, then open the demo agency and drive the AdaptixCore path yourself.
