TransportLink
TransportLink is the AdaptixCore module for interfacility and non-emergent medical transport. It runs on the same tenant as the rest of the platform — so dispatch, the field, and billing share one operational picture instead of separate spreadsheets.
What TransportLink does
The four capabilities below are the canonical TransportLink workflow inside the authenticated workspace. Activation happens at signup module-selection (Step 3 of onboarding); facility contacts are added during setup so hospitals can begin submitting requests immediately.

Assign units, confirm scheduling, manage pickup and drop-off windows, and track every trip from request to completion on a single board.
Trip details flow to the assigned crew's MDT and feed back into dispatch as status updates land — the same continuity the CAD board uses.
Completed trips emit billing-ready records: trip data, signatures, and supporting documentation are handed off to the Billing module for claim creation.
Connected, by default
TransportLink shares a tenant with your billing, clinical, workforce, and finance modules. There is no copy-paste between tools because the record only exists once.
